| Specification: | Xinsu Company has 10 kinds of TH series high-performance catalyst suitable for polyethylene production equipment with Unipol and BP gas phase fluidized bed process. Our products include solid and slurry catalyst, ranging from Ti-Mg series ( TH-1 series) of Zieglar-Natta catalyst to organic chromium catalyst, which can meet the requirements of polymerization process at ordinary state, frozen state and super-frozen state, and are applicable for the production of polyethylene products like LLDPE, MDPE and HDPE. Provided with activity during preparation, TH-2 organic chromium series catalyst can be added directly requiring no real time activation, deoxidization and pre-polymerization.
The company has the biggest production plant and relevant auxiliary equipment for polyethylene catalyst by gas phase fluidized bed process with annual capacity of 500 tons. The main equipment with advanced process and reasonable process flow is introduced from USA, Japan, Denmark and Italy.
Now our products have played an important role in domestic market, with large chemical companies in Northeast China, North China, East China and South China as main users. Meanwhile the company is developing rapidly Southeast Asia and Middle East market by right of full product range, excellent quality and strong market service ability.
